Homes as a foundation, not a placement

Brunel Management Ltd owns or holds leases on residential properties, grants and manages tenancies, and provides intensive, specialist housing management for adults living in supported accommodation.

Our homes are the settled base from which people receive the care and support they need. Everything we do follows from that: if the building is safe, the tenancy is secure and the repairs get done, the support has somewhere solid to stand.

We are based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and work across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and nationwide.

Our values

Four things we hold to.

Safe and compliant

Gas, electrical, fire and every other duty, done properly and on time.

Reliable

Repairs handled, tenancies managed, issues dealt with without fuss.

Dignity and security

Tenants are treated as tenants, with rights and a real home — not just a placement.

Partnership

We work hand in hand with care providers, local authorities and commissioners.

Brunel and the care provider

Two companies, deliberately kept apart.

Brunel Management is the landlord and housing company. The care is delivered by a separate, CQC-registered provider. We keep the two clearly distinct — legally, operationally and visually — so that they are never mistaken for one company.

This separation is not cosmetic. It protects tenants' rights, keeps accommodation and care properly distinct, and reflects how supported living should be structured.
